Climate Change can no longer be denied and a strong policy to curb Greenhouse Gas emissions is long overdue. The six coal-fired power stations in the Hunter generate 80% of the energy in NSW, and are the major source of greenhouse pollution. They must be phased out and replaced with renewable energy technologies that are effective and readily available.
