What? No Propaganda, No Rhetoric, No Spin, In Sunny Australia?

Most people presume that science is a continuous stream of knowledge building.

However there are two streams of science, the primary one that reveals truth, and the secondary one that applies truth. Science that is intended to reveal the truths of nature is formulated into a language of mathematics and logic,which is often simplified for the purpose of concealment (defense issues) and for application in order to develop artificial replications (reverse engineering) of natural systems, with the primary intent for defence. The spinoffs from applied science, flow to the public domain and the population is appeased by tech toys, labour saving devices and entertainment machines.

The pure and often intuitive genius that is applied to the hard questions- consciousness and cosmology, are often negated for the fruits that can serve defence.

Since WWI the rules of engagement changed considerably due to neither side abiding to the laws which prohibited chemical warfare, and by WWII, the development of the atomic bomb, which is reported as being leaked to Russia giving rise to the "Red Peril"(misinformation revealed in Carol Quigleys "Tragedy and Hope" 1966 -which outlines the extensive history of the past one hundered years)necessitated withdrawal of the scientific programs from international exchange, and the consolidation of discipliary fragmentation which enabled secrecy and separation between scientists working on only aspects of a project, and hence not being privy to the manner in which their work was used, or indeed what their work was a part of.

Since the 1964, the same year that Australia's CSIRAC (worlds greatest super computer and independent research) was decommissioned putting an end to independent technological development of that ilk, a Geneva convention prohibited the use of specific non lethal weapons that exploited the science of harmonic resonance and entrainment, and within 2 years, two major centers for naval communications- Pine Gap and the Harold Holt Naval Communications Base in Exmouth, were developed, and the continuation of IT programmes was in the hand of the American forces.

It is naive to presume that there is no serious mediation of science.

It is naive to presume that young scientists are not conditioned to apply themselves in ways that serve the secondary stream of science as applied to defence.

The complexities of science are important, for numerous reasons.

A: the postmodern attacks against science hit the whole edifice of scinece, the natural sciences, and the physical sciences, when the failure was in the axiomatic set theory positivist logic developed Bertrand Russell and A N Whitehead (who split from Russell after the failure of the principia and developed process science), and while naming hegemony (faucault) they failed to reveal that the process of hegemony concealed the truths of nature, rather than revealing them, resulting in a history of truths concerning the gemoetries of growth and form, that are now presumed to be purely mathematical rationalisations. One of the ways that such concealment can occur so easily without being noticed, is to name the rationalisation with the authors name, or reformulate in a manner that applies the information to non intuitive mathematical foundations eg- imaginary numbers etc. This is why the failure of axiomatic set theory simply incured a series of reformulations through Godel, Von Newman, Berney, Qunine and others, and has been the foundation of semantic and computational logic. eg: a point and line in real terms has dimension. A vector has no such dimension, nor does a "node". In ideal terms, or as applied to virtual systems such as the semantic web, it has no dimension. There are important differences. It is only when one comes to the extraordinary crises in the foundations of maths and logic, that occured at the turn of the 19th century, that one realises the implications and the need to clarify bewteen real and artificial systems.

We are at a point now when defence can be applied to the general population simply through semantics (advertising, rhetoric, marketing, propaganda), neurolinguistic entrainment inherent in entertainment, and induction of brain waves with the use of harmonic resonance transmissions. This form of technology was in its infancy in the 50's, by since has been developed to an exceptional degree.

While Michio Kaku (Parallel Worlds) outlines the extraordinary similarities bewteen science fiction and the direction that science is proceeding toward, he fails to associate the numerous science fiction narratives such the matrix, island, soilent green, stepford wives etc, that reveal the flip side to the same scientific progress.

This is where there is a serious need to apply ethics, as business/education roundtables (1998) has engendered a top down control of over R and D. Business controls advertising and marketing and influences policy. Business runs with science and simplifies the scientific truths, and degenerates it, hence the meaning of the word relativity has degenerated to a non scientific use infering there is no real truth, without realising that all attempts to reveal truth eg of a crime scene, applies all possible relative perspectives to gain a more complete picture of the whole.

We are indeed on the cusp of large multinational empires imposing their will "for the good of all". Some will think this is essential. Others will realise that such a situation will and has already influenced grass roots and socially oriented projects that are determined to create creative communities.

In creative communities, individuals are not isolated, they can control their food, fuels and micro economics. This is in stark contrast to the system which has emerged over hundreds of years adn resists any attempt to permit empowerment of communities.

Remember the late 60's/70's. Was the failure in the theory or in the complexity science rooted in Natural systems, or in the psychological revealation of the placebo effect and hence power of the word? What has conditioned succeeding generations to be so materialistic, prejudiced, nationalistic, compliant, irreverent, and business oriented? What has targeted the creative mindset with notions of psychological anomolies such as dyslexia, ADHD, and so on, medicating our children, at times, from the early age of 4? What indeed has destroyed Art education to the point that the overarching crosscultural exploration of the creativity of human being, of the knowledge of geometry inherent in natural forms, harmonic ratios, and proportions, and architectures that employ "sacred" geometry or indeed the archetypes of symbolic information, is not taught at all, and has not been taught since the mid nineties?

This is the very ideal that is Non- Anglo. Behind such an ideal was the presumed failure of dialectical epistemologies, which through Leibniz's monadology reinstated a logic of wholeness. It is only that this is being realised as more true than the axiomatic set theory of linguistic semantics.

However, while it is being realised now, what is occurring now was systematically employed over the past decades.

The energy crisis first appeared in the 1880's Australia was the solution. Now, with the new reformed awareness of the same issues, the moral solution is cast as the mining of the moon. Meanwhile as most interest parties understand the issue of population explosion, and are calling for population control, they do not care to consider how or why indeed millions of people in the Congo can incur genocide, which continues as we speak, and for that matter, how can the native peoples of Timor, themselves undergoing continuous "extermination" as the Indonesian's have refered to it, be considered by such eminent politicians as Whitlam, as communists?

It is somewhat like the aboriginals in Australia being tagged communists.

So please, when you consider the rediculous arguments against climate change, consider how you are in fact contributing to the incoherence which engenders manipulation, control, mediation, and a steering of humanity toward a single goal, for the so called "greater good", when there have been important - I cannot stress how important- scientists such as Ruggero Santilli, who has devoted his life to the altruistic problem of providing alternatives to the petrochemical industries.

Santilli is an important example, as his science has not only spawned technologies that are rigorous and proven, and have produced actual working models that are employed on a small scale, his science is the future paradigm. It is in concert with the Bohmian/pribramian holographic principle, it is concert with Steven Rosen's exporation of the Moebius principle, and critique of the Wheeler/Everett "parallel world's" world view, it is on concert with Hyperincursive, anticipatory systems theory as applied to AI, and it is the most attacked science of the past few years.

When in 2005 there was an increase in Sceptic Societies to wage their war against anything pseudoscientific, his work was the first to be attacked. There have been lists made of Scientists who are apparently against relativity, without clarifying that it is the degeneration of the concept that is at issue, and indeed some of the details of the general theory that are understandably problematic and led Einstein to work with Theodore Kaluza in the late 1930's, to advance a theory of possible higherdimensions. The Propaganda (Einstein's Unfinished Symphony) fails to reaveals that this latter research forms the foundation of string and super string theory, as based on Kaluza Klein's theoretical research which followed Kaluza and Einsteins research.

If you believe that real consciousness is emergent, and not "substantially" primary, as it is described for AI, and indeed that mind is purely brainstates, that only objective time is real time, and indeed that the reason why new and young scientists have no trouble with GM, (a fact that the CSIRO boldly claimed on "Insight GM foods"), desalination, or clean coal- has nothing to do with the educational dictates of the past 12 years, then you are as conditioned with the "on a need to know" spin and have a blind faith in progress, just as the scientists that are being groomed to be the new authorities as we speak, have.

If you think Australian research is cutting edge, simply have a look at the sort of programes that are taught in universities now. Compare them with programs offered anywhere else in the world, indeed even in England and America.

If you think this sight is not monitored by reactionary denialists who simply spin a negative edge on something to steer individuals away from doing their own investigations or research, then you are naive.

It would be possitive to raise the debate a little, as the complexities are important and the incoherence only serves those who hold the power.
